July 4th weekend at Rim Butte Jeep Trails.
This weekend will include camping out.
All types of rigs are welcome.
There are many two track trails for stock rigs
and access to the extreme trails for helping is throughout the trail system.
Randy will be there tentatively from July 1st until Sunday.
New trails will be GPS’s and a proposal gathered to extend the 18 miles to 20.
Our volunteer hours, miles, and numbers will be documented and presented to the USFS for their benefit.
July 4th weekend at Rim Butte Jeep Trails. Sounds like it will be well attended by other clubs.
We will be meeting with the Deschutes National Forest concerning new trails and realignment of other trails.
We will be doing vegetation management also during this time.
East Lake is in our sights for some swim time.
The closures of China Hat area extend down to Vandevert Rd but now I see the east side of 97 is called Lambertiana Rd.
So, plan on getting to Ponderosa Staging area and Rim Butte Jeep Trails via Finley Butte Rd out of La Pine.
