Edison Butte Evaluation Run
The Edison
Butte Evaluation Run was held in June 2005. Edison Butte OHV Park is
currently open to Class I (quads) and Class III (motorcycles) only.
Class II (4x4s) currently have no designated trails or play areas within
the Deschutes National Forest. This run was authorized by the Forest
Service to evaluate the feasibility of allowing Class II 4x4 use in this
system of trails. The day was beautiful and the run was spectacular. All
participants have encouraged the Forest Service to open this area to our
use. |
